1st National Conference on Internationalisation at Higher Education Institutions in Lao PDR to disseminate information on the OPEN project, promote the IROs from 5 Laotian HEIs, present the results of the project achieved to-date, promote dialogue on internationalisation of higher education at the national level and induce policy making.
