OPEN Consortium celebrated the 1st National Round Table in Vientiane (Lao PDR) on 4tth March 2021. The gathering was attended by the Vice-minister of the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES), high-representatives from other ministerial bodies of the Lao PDR government, and the  European Union Ambassador to Lao PDR.

OPEN partners held its 5th Virtual Project Meeting on Friday 18th January 2021. Participants in the videoconference, reunited after the New Year break to tackle the urgent organization of the upcoming 4 months activities of the OPEN project.
